Best Heating and Cooling in Scio has been awesome. They are a family run business that treats their customers like extended family. Its just how they do business. Here is the story. We had a very old HVAC system and needed to replace it. After many appointments and quotes from the other guys Kirby came to the rescue. We agreed on a price and system to be installed. The guys came over and ripped out all the old equipment, hauled it off, and replaced it with a customized ductless dual zone system for both upstairs and down. This was my second experience hiring Best Heating & Cooling. They are wonderful with keeping you up to date on their timing within the window given. I love that they text not only that someone's on the way, but exactly who is coming with their photo. I had them move my thermostats to help with keeping my house more evenly heated. They were quick and thorough and also gave me some tips on better settings to keep things less stratified.
