Came here about a month ago because of the great reviews! The staff was very nice, but after picking my frames and ordering the lenses I was not happy. I went to pick them up and the lenses looked like someone had cut them any kind of way just to get them to fit into the frame! I have never had a pair of glasses where you can see the cut of the lens!! After bringing them back a second time I was hoping they would be better, but instead it was identical to the first time!! I did bring it to the attention of the staff who was very helpful but they didnt see no problem with it. I will not be going

I just recently went to Mark and got my 3rd or 4th pair and Im totally satisfied.
Hes always worked with me on frame selection and lenses as well. I once had a pair that was not working for me. The lenses simply work! Mark recommended I see another optometrist who then gave me a different (the RIGHT one) Rx. Mark got it corrected and BOOM, they were perfect! I strongly recommend Payless Optical. Best in town!

Dont let the name fool you. Payless is very competitive in pricing, but yet dont ever scrimp on quality service and products. I have had a great experience purchasing from this wonderful store several times. The staff are always friendly and informative. Their frames and lenses are TOP NOTCH. I buy progressive (no line bifocals) lenses and they always turn out perfect. Mark is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is an excellent example of why shopping local is so important. I will always support this business because they go above and beyond!!!

Mark, the owner, made my experience of buying glasses the best experience I've ever had in my life! If your only looking to buy a pair of glasses, and that's all that matters, don't buy your glasses at Payless Optical! If you want the best customer service in town, and the best selection of glasses, than go to Payless Optical!!!
