What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
For eyebrow appointments, 5+ minutes late results in rescheduling with $30 deposit. For eyelash/facial appointments, 15+ minutes late requires $60 deposit to reschedule.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, all services require advance appointments to ensure proper time allocation for each client's personalized treatments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process Venmo or Cashapp transactions at this time.
How do I book with specific estheticians?
First-time clients with Shawnte Smith must book the designated 30-minute initial consultation. Other specialists can be selected during online booking.
Are there package deals available?
Yes, we offer acne treatment series packages and teeth whitening packages with discounted rates for multiple sessions.
What products do you use?

Ever since I had an amazing lash lift technician in Richmond and had to move, Ive been on the hunt for a new one with no luck after trying out a few. The girl (I cant remember her name unfortunately) did an amazing job, WORE A MASK (hugely important to me), and was efficient. Will absolutely be making this place my new lash go to.

Been coming here consistently for over a year and a half now! The girls are so sweet. I myself saw Lauren V for a long while for lashes before she left for maternity leave! She did amazing and set Lauren M up for success as far as how I like my lashes. Ive now been seeing Lauren M for a couple months and shes been incredible! Super accommodating as far as scheduling a time that always works for my busy schedule, easy conversation/constant laughing. Just downright a great experience. Lauren M also kills my eye brow game which I never knew I needed for a confidence boost until she did them
