If youre looking for a new place, this is NOT it. I booked an appointment for a wax with Krista. She emailed me 2 hours before our appointment to push me back an hour. I understand things happen, so there was no worry about pushing back our appointment. I then messaged her back with my phone number so she could reach me easier. Never tried reaching out to me or contacting me, or even emailing me back.
I showed up to our appointment, to a closed and locked down office. She stood me up. I made sure I was consistently messaging her and checking in to make sure we were still good to go for the evening

I went in for a brow and lip wax with Alaina and she was fantastic. She had appointment availability for the same day I inquired and was incredibly friendly and professional. The wax she used smelled nice and I didn't get any red bumps or little ingrown hairs after (so nice!). Her prices are reasonable too. Definitely give Nouveau a try!

I had the best experience here. It was short notice and the owner, Krista was super friendly and experienced. It was clean and safe and since I work from home I rarely go out. I felt that this place took all precautions and I can't wait to go back. It didn't hurt and usually I am very sensitive. Support your small businesses during these times. Especially this one. Close convenient and clean. What else do you need?
