Mary is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master's degree in counseling. In the past, she has worked with children, families, and individuals who have suffered trauma due to crime, physical and sexual violence. Mary is a licensed clinical mental health counselor providing therapeutic services to individuals with varying concerns arising in their life.
She believes that all people have purpose and value to add to the world. Mary's Therapeutic services are based on the unique needs of the client and driven by the individual's goals and chosen outcome. Mary is described as person-centered and providing unconditional positive regard for everyone. She utilizes a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, experimental therapy, trauma-focused, and eye movement integration (EMI(R)).

We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.

At Community Wellness Partners of NC PLLC we believe in helping those struggling with addiction by treating them as a person with a disease not as an addict. Our treatment groups are affordable even for those without insurance and we offer groups at varying times. We are continually adding groups at different times and days.
Rates & Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We use a sliding fee scale based on income and household size for regular 50-minute counseling sessions. Other discounts may be available. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
