I took my daughter to this studio to trial the pre-ballet class for the first time. The instructor couldnt even be bothered with my child. She tried once to speak to her and then left her standing at the door. She didnt bother to even try to engage her. Eventually my daughter burst into tears and we left. Some children are timid and shy and it would behoove the instructors to take that into consideration.
Update: Just wanted to update that the same day I was contacted by one of the owners of the company. My disappointment continued even further when he/she went back and forth with me praising
