A 4 Point Inspection, sometimes called a Four Point Inspection, is a limited-scope-inspection of the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Roofing systems of your home, completed for insurance purposes. Insurance companies are big on these. If your home is over 20-30 years old, chances are that your insurance company will request a 4 Point Inspection.
