Services
Essentials Package
Our comprehensive Essentials Package evaluates all major home systems including roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural components. Designed for single-family homes and townhomes, this inspection helps buyers understand property conditions before closing. The service includes detailed reporting with photos and maintenance recommendations.
Mold Assessment
Mold assessments identify indoor mold presence through air sampling, swab tests, and visual inspections. Our certified inspectors document growth locations and provide remediation guidance. This service helps homeowners address health concerns and maintain property value through proper moisture control.
Wind Mitigation Inspection
Wind mitigation inspections evaluate hurricane protection features to qualify for insurance discounts. We assess roof attachments, window protections, and other structural elements. Insurance companies use our reports to determine premium reductions for coastal properties.

If I could give more starts I would!!! In this time of buying a house, Gabe and team made this wayyyy less stressful and so easy. They were super quick to schedule and VERY efficient! Communication was great too! They were actually early to inspection and explained any and everything. Everything was so thorough and report back same day. I would 100% recommend impact home inspections to anyone, any day. You cant go wrong!

Very accurate and timely home inspection. Gabe walked us through what he found and explained very clearly. We were able to easily explain everything to our builder - this inspection saved us thousands in home repair costs we would have to have done ourselves later.

I could not be more satisfied with this company! I want to take a moment to let you know how appreciative and impressed I am with the entire experience I have had with impact. The inspectors have both been communicative, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All of the communication I have had with you, Gabe and Camille has been clear and timely. As a first time home buyer this has been a very stressful and at times overwhelming experience. I am truly grateful for having all of your team to help guide us through this part of the process.
