Chef Deanna Fitchat has been a high-end private chef and catering chef for over a decade. She earned her International Culinary Degree with Honors from the Art Institute in San Diego and had the opportunity to intern with a James Beard nominated chef while in school. She worked for 5 years with San Diego's absolute premier catering company, as both a Catering Chef de Cuisine as well as the Sous Chef for one of the company operated bistros.
