They had a break in my generator was taken and only gave me $500 for a &1200 generator. Wow what a good business.

They have moved from forecaster area closer to 20th street now where the old 84 lumber used to be still great service here if they don't have what you need in stock they'll get it within a few days ..

I had my John Deere 955 subcompact tractor in for service at the Battle Creek store. Carl, Jeff and Ryan were very professional and kept me informed on the status of my repair. They do pick up and delivery which is a big help for me. I now have my tractor back and its running like a top. I recommend Steensma for service of any lawn & garden equipment. Thanks team!

The sales folks in Plainwell expidited delivery of the new mower to Battle Creek and the service department did the same for drive belts when when one broke. They also warranted the belt when John Deere might not have otherwise done. While the belt should not have failed so soon, the Steensma folks made it right. They delivered great customer service.
