Prices a little bit higher than big box home improvement, but knowledge and customer service absolutely worth it. Anything requiring special order, this is the place to go. They know what theyre doing and get it right, are way easier to work with.

Nice place and friendly staff but, if they want you to shop locally they are going to try to have more competitive prices. It's definitely worth it to drive to GR, Battle Creek or Kalamazoo to purchase building supplies at Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menards.

The guy who checked us out was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The younger fellow who loaded the lumber, on the other hand, was not. He gave vague directions and was condescending when asked for clarification. We requested the lumber to be loaded in a certain order and orientation so everything fit. But that didnt happen. We reiterated our request which irritated the older gentleman who was concerned about closing up. What it comes down to is the guys outside need to take note of the customer service from the guys inside.
