We bought an electric pallet jack from this company a little under a year ago, and we have gotten about 20 hours of usage out of it. About a week of light use after we bought it, it stopped working. We called them to make repairs on the unit, which they did. When we got the unit back, it broke down again within a day, and we had to call them again. This cycle has repeated about 5 times over the last year, and I am writing this review after the unit has broken down again for the 5th time. Things to note before you buy:
1. All sales are final
2. They will only repair, not replace your broken unit

My husband and I delivered a load to this location. The dock was difficult for us newbies, but the workers were very helpful and patient with us. The unloading was very swift, as we only delivered one pallet and they are a forklift company. Lol Other drivers, do not enter on Lawrence Drive. Enter their parking lot and go all the way to the back, driving between the buildings. Gate will be on the left.

The company I work for purchased for 3 forklifts from Toyota material handling in Livermore tried to set up PM service never get a response never came out real lousy service. Will never do business with them again now I'm sorry I did business with them in the 1st place
