I contacted Poorman's to see if they had a part for my 27 year old furnace. They said they would get back to me soon and let me know, which they did. I made an appointment with them to stop by and pick up the part. The people at Poormans were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Very good first impression. I would definitely recommend Poormans to anyone.

The repairman was quick to check the furnace and found the problem. He replaced a part, cleaned the interior, he told me about a maintenance plan that gave me a discount. The discount included maintenance service for the air conditioner in the spring.

Poormans Heating and Air has worked diligently to solve the heating and cooling needs of our church working with us and our budget. Recently techs Mitch and John hit it out of the park removing an old gigantic air handler and furnace installing new furnaces, duct work and vents through a small opening in the ceiling. Great job! Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Thanks to Mike Miller for all of his solutions and suggestions with the myriad of problems associated with older HVAC systems.
