Horrendous place ... avoid at all costs... doctors are too busy to attend to patients... find a place that values patients time...Have waited for hours to be seen and this one time I was a few minutes late they outright said they couldn't see me... totally disrespectful towards patients

Shortly after my visit, they left me a voice message but I did not care to call back. To my surprise, the office manager called again to address my complaint. The extra effort shows they value their customers. I am appreciative of the fact that they are that concerned about me.

THEY DON'T LET YOU LOOK AROUND ALONE. my boyfriend was stopped by one of the ladies who works there & was told he can not look at the glasses alone when he has asked why she couldn't really tell him why he couldn't look alone. So how do you expect someone to know what they like ? Lol sooo not coming back to this place Again because of that.

I've going here for 2-3 years now. Seeing Dr. Leung. The front desk was super helpful on schedule. They will call and text you. You can reply to them via text. They are super responsive. I had a problem with my contact lenses power the last few years. I've tried a few sets of trial pairs with them. They had no problem with my request to making sure my optimal power. I highly recommend for their service.
