My sister and I went for her eye exam yesterday. The doctor was good and thorough with the exam.
However, she called them today to ask about the
feeling of heaviness in her eye and at the back of her eye. They were not very polite or professional with the response. The receptionist said that if the doctor said the eye was ok then she should not worry and she responds to these kind of questions every day. Overall not satisfied with the service.

Dr. Gordon is very thorough, explains all your concerns and Jessica Segovia is amazing by helping choosing the right frames that actually fit your prescription and enhance your look. My family has been using the services of Milpitas Optometric for many years. The staff are friendly and professional. Eye exams are thorough and proactive in identifying potential issues. One year, my son's eye exam was done at our health care provider. I was shocked at how few tests were performed and decided we would not go back. Since then, we have only gone to Milpitas Optometric for exams, glasses and contacts. I recommend them to everyone. Recently, I was there for an appointment. Their protocols and cleaning procedures between each client were excellent and reassuring. We regularly donate
