I have had the opportunity to record in practically every major studio in the Bay Area. None of them quite compare to Laughing Tiger's killer combination of spacious, great sounding rooms and sweet high-end analog and digital gear.

Man I just love this place. There is service to rival the best in Los Angeles, the drum room is amongst the best I've ever worked in, and these Peluso P67's sound as good as the best Nuemann U67s. This is my new home studio. The acoustic treatments here allow for a range of variable ambience suitable for anything from rock drums to folk.

Laughing Tiger Studios is my favorite place to cut vocals and lay down basic tracks. I love the sound that they get in the isolation booths and I can always count on great vibe, great gear and a great rate! This Iso Chamber is excellent for recording vocals, acoustic and electric instruments, bass, percussion and even horns!

The two iso booths (1 live and 1 dead) which both have a clear line of sight to the main live room and the control room, make Laughing Tiger Recording an ideal place for live tracking as well as for doing overdubs. This is my favorite spot! Due to its length, this Iso Booth is ideal for recording acoustic and electric basses as well as V.O., electric guitar or vocals.
