We have self-defense instructors living in Seattle, Tacoma, and Washington DC but can travel to you anywhere.

FAQS: When is your next course? A: Our next courses are generally posted 4-5 weeks prior to the event date. We most frequently offer women's-only sessions and occasionally sessions open to men & women. Q: Are there spots available in the class on date xyz? A: We have configured out Paypal button to redirect to a "sold out" page once there are no more spaces available.

Offering a self defense class for your employees is a fun, team-building activity that can provide life-saving skills for your coworkers. Our coaches create a safe, comfortable learning environment and are well-versed in training people of all ability levels. Many self-defense instructors only train in one style or system their entire career, that is not our philosophy.
