Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves placing sterile needles at specific body points to stimulate healing. This ancient practice addresses pain management, stress reduction, and various health conditions through natural energy flow regulation. Patients experience minimal discomfort during treatment while benefiting from improved circulation and nervous system balance.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses controlled suction to increase blood flow and relieve muscle tension. This TCM modality effectively treats chronic pain, inflammation, and respiratory conditions by promoting circulation and releasing deep tissue tightness. Patients often see immediate improvement in range of motion and muscle relaxation.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha employs smooth tools to stroke the skin, releasing toxins and improving circulation. This technique addresses musculoskeletal pain, respiratory issues, and inflammation by stimulating microcirculation and immune response. Patients typically experience immediate symptom relief and improved mobility after treatment.
Tui Na Massage
Tui Na combines acupressure and therapeutic massage to treat musculoskeletal conditions. This hands-on therapy addresses chronic pain, posture issues, and stress-related disorders by manipulating qi energy flow and soft tissues for improved physical function and relaxation.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion applies heat from burning mugwort to acupuncture points. This warming therapy treats cold-related conditions, digestive issues, and gynecological concerns by enhancing circulation and strengthening immunity through targeted thermal stimulation of energy meridians.

Very good service. I went in stiff and sore. I came out feeling limber and rejuvenated. Definitely recommend her. Acupuncture was better than going to get a massage.

I've been receiving treatments with Michelle for several years and what a true blessing she is! Her techniques and uplifting positive vibes have helped me tremendously with my arthritis and other issues. I'm convinced, that without Michelle's help I wouldn't have been able to enjoy all the wonderful experiences with my Grandson!

So glad that I made the decision to see Michelle! After struggling with autoimmune issues for upwards of 10 years, I was just about at the end of my rope. I cant describe how wonderful it feels to receive treatment from someone who is able to validate my experience and to pinpoint any underlying issues. Previously, I had tried nearly everything, so I was beginning to believe that I was either crazy or cursed not exactly the best mindset for healing. The acupuncture treatment itself is awesome (so relaxing!), but Michelle also provided me with dietary/lifestyle suggestions, which have contributed
