I purchased a zero turn Kubota from them earlier this year. I worked with Brian Crogan. After looking at many brands it was clear this mower was the best choice. The service department delivered the mower to our home and gave my son guidance on its use. I was traveling on business. Everything went great! Then i had to travel again and in my hurry i left ignition on. My wife couldn't start mower since battery was dead. My wife charged it and tried to start mower and was still dead. I called Service and they came out to the house the next day. Turned out the bar handles in wrong position. I felt

Called to verify that they still had an attachment in stock. Said they would call me back next week. I explained that am not available next week, and they offered to walk outside to verify it was still in available. It was, but they told me that I should not to drive down because if another customer walks in, they wouldn't have time to help me... I work M-F, so saturday is the only time I can pick up an attachment. 2 stars because they somehow have stuff in stock in 2021, and because they answered the phone. But no more, because it's absurd to be told that they are open, have an item in stock

I'm a contractor who recently was working in Middlebury. Experienced a minor breakdown. Brought the machine to their shop...they were able to put a mechanic on it immediately. ...great!
1.5 hrs later the work was finished while we waited...1 mechanic...1.5 hrs and a 30$ bearing.....450$ bill !! I asked for some itemization...what a joke... creative, deceptive practices. I own lots of equipment (kubota!) and do business with lots of dealers and mechanics. This place can't be honest is my take away.
