I am a Master Instructor, with countless awards as a National Tournament Competitor/Promoter & Life- Time Achiever. My training was a positive influence in my life.

Reed's Fitness Academy - Est. 2003: Our Cardio-Kickboxing & Yoga classes were implemented to give our Adults the combination of a cardio workout as well as rejuvenating their mind and body with Yoga.

Yoga for Beginners: Great for first-timers, beginners and anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. This relaxed friendly class allows student to familiarize themselves with foundational poses such as Downward-Facing dog and Chaturanga. Poses and key transitions are broken down in entrance, exit and proper alignment.

Reed's Karate Academy was established in 1998 by Master William Lee Reed, who has trained and competed nationally in martial arts for over 30 years. The martial arts should not be considered as a sport, luxury or a privilege. It's truly "The Way of Life" when taught with the proper concepts, which is Building Character, Family Values, Life Skills, Leadership, Confidence, Self-Discipline, Self-Defense & Fitness.
Day Camp

Reed's Academy wanted to create a program that we thought would be beneficial to parents and guardians to use periodically for whatever their purpose might be. Therefore we started offering Day Camps during selective Union County School Closings from 7:00 am - 6:30 pm. This program is for ages 5-12 and also Tax deductible.
