The appraiser showed up on time and introduced himself. After a few details were shared, he began a thorough inspection, inside and outside, of the three buildings on the property. After his inspection, we visited for a few minutes to ensure we were both in agreement on the scope of the inspection and he stated the appraisal report could take 2.5 to 3 weeks to complete. I was pleasantly surprised after only a 10-12 day period, I received a comprehensive appraisal of my property. I unhesitantly recommend them for tour appraisal needs.

**DO NOT HIRE** After reading all the wonderful reviews we hired this firm for an appraisal on the week of May 13th 2019. We were given a date of 6/4/19 to have our reports in hand since we are selling our house. We had received no calls on the 4th, or after to say that our reports would not be done. One the 6th of June, I called the office (since I had not heard anything) to see what was going on with our appraisal. We needed the value for our realtor who was also waiting for the results. When I called, the appraiser wash in a rush and told me that his 4 year old child was sick and something about

Kyle with professional appraisers of Texas out of Longview, was the best experience Ive known in a appraisal company. He was a very knowledgeable, interested and honest in done a detailed appraisal. He looked at all the small items that are as important as the large items. He answered all my question and took the time to explain the back ground behind each items.
