Kelly has always done an excellent job tailoring the private pilates courses to our specific needs, whether they are long term shoulder and knee issues or temporary tight muscles. As a result of our weekly classes, we have seen significant improvements and no longer have the bothersome pains we once did.

Our Friday Night Healing Series classes are back! These classes give you the opportunity to explore consciousness through a variety of healing modalities. Drop-ins and class passes are accepted for this series, as are all Yoga memberships! Classes are 7:00-8:30pm and are held in our spacious 1,500 square foot Yoga room with high quality HEPA air filters.
