We strive to serve both the casual coffee drinker and coffee obsessive by offering a variety of roasts, origins and carefully crafted options for individuals and wholesale to other businesses. We also sell loose leaf tea!

The couple behind Maple Leaf (Alex and Lynn) started out drinking coffee obsessively at too young an age (well, Alex did). As with a lot of obsessions, we took it further and started roasting coffee at home. Fast forward some time and the circumstances worked for us to give this a try professionally.

Choose from our six signature blends or classic light roast Guatemalan. Start your day with the Toronto blend, get your espresso and cold brew going with our Hartford espresso blend, pick yourself up in the afternoon with the balanced Pond Hockey blend, finish the day with the smooth, dark Winnipeg or Fireside blends or try on a light roast for size with our rotating single origin Guatemalan coffee.

The aromas wafting out of this cup are fantastic, spicy enough to wake you up before you even take a sip. The most common combination is cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, and black pepper. These five spices, sometimes called "panch masala" (literally "five mixed-spice"), also provided the name for exotically-spiced fruit "punch" and are ubiquitous in Indian cooking, especially sweets.

Coffee Subscriptions

All prices include shipping but do not include tax. At this time we are only able to offer subscriptions to Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Light roast subscriptions are $28 for the 2 x 12oz package and $32 for the 2 x 16oz package per delivery. Medium and dark roast subscriptions are $25 for the 2 x 12oz package and $28 for the 2 x 16oz package per delivery.
