When I received my first Miss Dottie's pound cake, I was very impressed with the packaging and I could not wait to open it. As a Chef of 25 years, I can tell you honestly, I was completely impressed. What I look for in all of my pastries is appearance, depth of flavor and texture. Miss Dottie's Pound Cake has them all in abundance.
