As first time homebuyers, the thought of buying property can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Luckily, we had the honor of having Crystal Brady as our realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
She had an expansive knowledge of home appliances and pointed out good and bad things about the homes we saw, gave us valuable information on buying home warranties, was always professional and friendly, never pressured us to make an offer or made us feel uncomfortable like other realtors, always answered all of our calls/texts and maybe ridiculous questions (first time home buyer questions), and went above and beyond working with the sellers agents, sellers, property management companies, HOA's, inspection companies and the list goes on.
