Founded in the early '80s, RPM is a full service commercial real estate company providing a multitude of real estate services for properties throughout Florida. In addition to property management, leasing and marketing services, RPM also provides financing and investment sales advisory services. We currently manage and lease a portfolio of over 30 retail properties, totaling in excess of 1.4 M SF and housing over 350 tenants.

Our team has the ability to understand each client's needs to develop a relationship where we can provide the highest level of service. Mr. Goldstein has been the President of RPM since its inception in 1980.

Concurrently with running the financial aspects of RPM's property management and financial brokerage operations, Mr. Goldstein was from 1998 - 2009 a Vice-President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, one of the country's leading investment brokerage firms.During his time at Marcus & Millichap, he and his partner Les Aron were responsible for the sale of several of the firm's largest shopping center transactions in the state of Florida.

Visit every property twice monthly to ensure everything is in good order and Vendors are doing everything they have been hired to do in a first class manner. Review all existing leases to ensure timely renewals, option exercises and proper CAM recapture. Implement financing, redevelopment, acquisition (including extensive due-diligence services) and disposition strategies.
