New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as "owners" renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business!

As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other "friend's" rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 140 vacation homes.We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water.

Vacations can be expensive ventures, especially when you don't know the secrets to creating a luxury vacation at a bargain price. Airline tickets, lodging, and meals can all add up to a large price tag even before you start buying attraction tickets and souvenirs!
