All of our beachfront efficiency rooms have either private deck or balcony areas featuring adirondack chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and water, or one of the many spectacular sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. The rooms all have sliding glass doors which gives you a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay and Long Point, the real tip of Cape Cod!

Columbus Day Weekend in October has a 3 night minimum and follows our normal rate schedule. Holiday Weekend Minimums can be reached by staying Thurs, Fri, Sat OR Fri, Sat, Sun OR Sat, Sun, Mon. A $500 Deposit is essential to secure each week's reservation. A $1000 Deposit on weekly house rentals. A $80 - $450 Deposit is required to secure daily reservations, depending on length of stay.
