The home building process begins with planning, which includes an inspection of the land/site, drawing up plans/building schematics and developing a baseline of workable specifications to get an accurate ballpark of where you would be. Next you would spend a few days working on preliminary selections with Andy or Jenni to allow us to get the most accurate bids possible to write up contracts to use for financing.
