First Choice Homes is owned and operated by Nancy J. Heim of St. Charles, Minnesota. Nancy grew up working in her parent's construction and real estate business, and in 1981 completed her first home remodeling project. In 1986 she received her real estate license, in 1994 her Broker's license, and in 1996 started her own real estate company.
In 1997 she obtained her Minnesota Residential Building License. As a founding member of the St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce, Nancy is active in community development and improvement. In 2006 she completed a new subdivision, Countryside Acres, to enhance the community and provide a quiet new home setting for families to enjoy.
