Outstanding website, it was easy to make an appointment for a new patient online. Was contacted in minutes by thr office to confirm. Sent link for new patient paperwork by email and was ready to go for appointment. Beautiful office, helpful staff and did not have to wait long at all. Answered my questions and got treatment for my issue.

Go somewhere else. Arrived 10 mins early as it was my first time and thought there might be paperwork. After 40 minutes, I approach the receptionist who says shes running a little late. (A little late?? Would hate to see what a lot late is)
Delays happen, but tell me when I check in, or update me as I sit there waiting for 40 mins. Or apologize and offer and alternative. Letting a new client sit for 40 mins not acknowledging them is just outright rude and dismissive. Big city, lots of dermatologistsfind someone who can respect you as a patient.
