The office and front desk staff were great. I also appreciated the patient portal. However, i have been wearing the same contacts for over a decade and they work great for me . I have zero issues with them. I was clear when scheduling my appointment that I wanted the same ones. I was never told this would not be an option. Then I was also not told the fancy dilation machine would be an extra charge on top of what was covered by my insurance. When I asked about both, to see if I could get my usual lenses instead of the ones they were trying to sell and also do regular dilation next year, the physician

Not only her but the entire staff makes you feel so comfortable and makes your experience one of a kind. The best eye doctor visit I have ever had, in my entire life! I cant not possibly recommend Dr. Morrow more! Her clinic is gorgeous, the staff is kind and smart, she has the newest technology (no diluting, no puffs of air in your eyes) - and Dr. Morrow is smart, kind, efficient and beyond helpful. She cares. A truly wonderful experience!
