I've been here twice, and both times were very bad experiences. Both times they were running 30 minutes late at least. As I stand here, there is a poor lady waiting here who's been waiting 55 minutes. They nickel-and-dime you too. I've never had some place charge me $65 for a contact lens fitting before. Additionally, who charges a fee and requires a 24-hour turnaround time to print off a prescription?? It takes five seconds to print a page... They don't even have the contact lenses I need in stock, so they have to order them for me. This happened last time too. That time, they never called me

The whole family is seeing Dr. Gamble for over 10 years, she provides excellent service. Takes her time to answer questions. The office staff is always friendly. I'm impressed in how they handle safety protocols in this current pandemic. Highly recommended!

Very professional and the staff is extremely kind. Dr. Gamble was amazing and very sweet. I was in and out in no time. I had a minor insurance issue and they waited for me to fix it rather than making me reschedule and I really appreciated that. I definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here and it went pretty quick and easy. I didnt end up paying anything for my appointment which is always nice. The people who work there are friendly and helpful! The Dr. is great! I felt comfortable, confident and well informed. She made sure I had all my questions answered!

Everyone in the office is great and makes you feel very welcome. The eye doctor herself was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Every time I have gone in I have always been taken back a few minutes before my appointment, they are very organized and the office is very cozy. I love it!

LOVE Dr Gamble shes the best optometrist Ive ever had! Ive never had any problems with my prescription since I started seeing her. Staff is very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable! Im always going there for my eye care.

Worst experience with dealing with a doctor in my life and we see military doctors! I went for an eye exam July 2018 because I was having some headaches. The doctor did the typical exam and said something about getting my eyes dilated but I didn't have the time for that at the moment. I have worn glasses for 20 years and have never had them dilated and she didn't seem like it was pertinent for the exam. At the end of the exam, I asked for my prescription, although I didn't need it at the time because my glasses I had were fine. She told me to just call whenever I need it and they'll get it written
