Writing this Review with the regards of the great customer service I received. I was looking online for a new fireplace for our home, I happen to stumble upon this companys website. The website was fantastic and easy to navigate, and had all the information I was looking for. I also learned a lot about the different types of fireplaces that I can possibly get in my home. I gave them a call and got prices and recommendations, which was great. Looking forward to work with them.

I really don't know how they stay in business. There is always a lady that answers or opens store but she cannot help at all. And when you get to talk to the only guy that knows turns out they don't stick nothing everything is 3+ weeks.

I really wanted to like and use this business. But I tried on three different attempts, two of them in person, to get them to come out to service my gas fireplace. Each time they agreed to do so, but then never contacted me to follow up after I left my contact information and then followed up later with a phone call. The first time I stopped by their showroom the office had only a clerical worker, so I left my contact info with her. A phone call (from me) a few days later resulted in more promises but no action.
