I appreciate the assistance that I received from Dan. I was inquiring about getting a fireplace serviced and Dan was pretty quick with getting back to my emails. In a week, he was able to let me know whether or not my fireplace could be serviced. Unfortunately, we had to take a different route with that fireplace due to unforeseen circumstances, but I was satisfied with the service, and communication, that Dan provided. We will be sure to keep this company in mind for any future fireplace issues.Thank you again.

Very pricey if you go in there you better take your card with the big credit line. But on a positive note staff was friendly and the lady that was helping me if she didn't know the answer she sought help from a guy in the back

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Found everything we needed there and got all our questions answered. Patrick even printed out a manual for our 1996 wood stove and gave it to us.
