Before participating in a Pilates reformer class, we highly recommend that people take one to two private sessions to get acquainted with the Pilates exercise methods and its terminology.

TRX Circuit

Start easy with the TRX Level 1 classes and build your flexibility, strength, core stability and balance. We'll set you up with the TRX suspension system and get you pulling your weight with customized exercises. As you move forward in this class, we'll take you through circuits that help improve your conditioning and increase your metabolic rate.

I'm new to Pilates, can I join a class? Of course! We are happy to help you learn the exercises and how to use the equipment. We recommend that newcomers to Pilates take a private session and start with the Reformer Pilates Level 1 class. May I participate if I have an injury or soreness?
