Wildfire Yoga
In the heart of Lexington, KY is a warm, welcoming, intimate environment, free of judgement. We provide yoga that is accessible and uplifting regardless of experience. Sign up for classes labeled "Virtual Class" through the MindBody app, Wildfire Yoga app, or through our website. If you have a membership with us, classes/sign up will work in the same way.

Please ensure you are using the email linked with your MindBody account. If you are not a member with us, you can purchase a class for $10 by selecting "Virtual Class Drop In Special" from the pricing menu or purchase a 10 class pack with our online special for $65. Once enrolled in the class, go ahead and make a free ZOOM account as it will save you time before class starts.

Our intention is to create powerful and intelligent teachers who live the practice of yoga off the mat. You will have the knowledge to led a well balanced class with focus on injury prevention, alignment and assists.

Slow flow is a practice integrating the breath, body and movement. This class is great for anyone who is beginning the practice or to awaken your interest in the yoga practice. Transitions from pose to pose filling you with freedom and peace. A practice that allows you to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
What Is Yoga

Yoga helps those suffering with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and PTSD by modulating the body's stress response according to research conducted by Harvard Medical School. Yoga can help to recenter and revitalize both the body and the mind. It helps us to put our focus on the breath instead of internalized thought processes.
