Tara has been awesome. She and Jacqueline, and the rest of the team are always ready to go above and beyond whenever necessary. I've used this title company a few times. They've dealt with foreign powers of attorney, and a multi-faceted 1031 exchange. This title company, and its exceptional staff specialize in all aspects of real estate, and real estate tax shelters. I can't imagine having to depend on anyone else for title company services.

Trinity Title of Texas was very efficient and responsive to our need for the land we are in the process of acquiring. In the midst of the pandemic they used safety guidelines but accommodated our signing deadline. Highly recommend!
