I brought my closure from them and had it colored. Within a month all the hair fell out of the closure it was not even a. I have spend a lot of money with them. When I email them they claim it was the coloring. But that was not true because the hair quality was bad and the hair was not real.

I purchased a blonde bob 10 inch middle part extra lace wig recently from Hair So Fab unfortunately the description of the wig DID NOT fit the item received. The wig was LESS than half the density stated, significantly LESS the lace and SHORTER than wig described on website. The description of their merchandise is DECEPTIVE!!! I have been attempting a return and refund of this item for the past 10 days and they're giving me the run around, insulting my intelligence and denying my claims despite the evidence that has been electronically sent to them. Buyer Beware! They will not send you a luxury wig instead theyll send you a cheap wig thats not the length you paid for wrapped up in wrapping paper only. My wig arrived without the wig clips attached and no actual packaging just wrapping paper that was ripped on arrival . I ordered 18inch and its 14inch. The bottom part is so short its like 10inches. The nerve of them to mislead customers and then say all sales are final. Beyond upset and this isnt even my 1st wig purchase. Never buying from them again.

Ok sorry, I had to edit my review. The hair was bad after like a week and a half. It sheds a ton, gets matted and kind of stiff. I also think it might be synthetic? Doesn't hold a curl and smells awful when you do add heat to it. I mean their customer service is great, and I had a pleasant experience in the store buying the hair. However, this hair is the worst I've ever had. I'm not sure if I got bad bundles or what but I don't think I'll purchase from them again.

These Brazilian bundles I got from them are so horrible. I didnt even want to write this review but I hate spending money on bad extensions. I wore it 5 days straight after that I have to wear it in a bun because it sheds so bad (EVERYDAY) and thinned out quickly . I am so dissatisfied and disappointed
