This year was rough in so many ways and I hadn't had my haircut since Aril (I just went to Domi two weeks ago in December) and I haven't had my color or highlights updated for at least a year before that. I could not afford "Manhattan prices" in the city, or in Hoboken, or in most of JC. I live in the Heights and decided to take on chance on Domi because of all the wonderful reviews. They did an amazing job! And so, so affordable. Ive been here twice and both times the experiences were bad. The first time I got there around one for a simple dye job and didnt get done til closing and it didnt even come out the color I asked for. I went again, against my better judgement because my sister asked me to go with her, I wanted to dye my hair and get highlights or a balayage. Showed them a picture of how I wanted it and all and it came out NOTHING LIKE HOW I WANTED IT! They tried to tell me itll look like how I want after a couple washes. Such a waste of time and money. Spent 4 hours there and then they tried to tell

I called and got an appointment for 2 pm the day previously.went there and they said it was a 10 min wait. I waited in the most uncomfortable chair under the world's loudest speaker for 20 min, during which they did not care to update me on the extended wait. I asked how much longer after that wait and was told 10 more min. I walked out... very unprofessional. Never going back. If I could I would give it 0

Absolutely In love with the job that was done. I am a very hard customer to please for the most part and I can honestly say I felt comfortable, at ease and welcomed the entire time. I usually leave unhappy from previous salons and have tried a couple of local places to do my Nails and for once I left extremely happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend this place. After years of looking I have finally found my go to spot for nails!
