Services
Vision Therapy
Customized therapeutic programs improve visual-motor skills and processing efficiency. Our neuro-optometric approach treats eye coordination issues, focusing difficulties, and visual-perceptual disorders. Patients experience enhanced reading ability, reduced eye strain, and improved spatial awareness through structured in-office and at-home exercises.
Neuro-Optometric Exams
Comprehensive assessments evaluate eye health, binocular function, and visual processing speed. We analyze how vision impacts learning, balance, and cognitive performance. Early detection of developmental visual deficiencies enables targeted interventions for conditions like dyslexia and ADHD.
Postural Deficiency Lenses
Specialized lenses address visual-vestibular integration issues causing balance problems and poor posture. By correcting binocular dissonance, these prescriptions improve spatial orientation and reduce symptoms like dizziness and muscle tension associated with visual processing disorders.
Primitive Reflex Therapy
Targeted interventions address retained primitive reflexes impacting motor skills and sensory processing. Combining visual stimulation with movement patterns helps integrate neurological functions, benefiting patients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and coordination challenges.
Reading Therapy
Multisensory programs address visual processing deficits affecting reading fluency. We improve ocular motility, visual memory, and phonological awareness through structured activities that enhance word recognition and comprehension skills in patients with dyslexia or learning difficulties.

OMG! My visit today was amazing. I went in terrified and came out knowing more than I ever thought I could know about my eyes and brain. You can definitely tell he loves what he does and he really cares about people. I will NEVER go anywhere else from now on. His staff got me in right away and was so friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for an eye doctor.....even if you don't think you are, you should definitely go see Dr Stephey. THE BEST

I go to Dr. Stephy because he spends more time with you than the average optometrist at Costco or the mall. I was having fatigue, headaches, dizziness and unable to concentrate. It took me 10 years to rule out depression and narrowed it down due to my sight. He showed me his recommendation vs what I had and it mad a night and day difference on my ability to read. I audibly gasped when I saw how the words on the book were not annoying to read anymore. Stop wasting time. Please don't go anywhere else. Go to Dr. Stephy if you want a thorough, above and beyond, kind, eye-opening eye care. Seriously

Ive been seeing Dr Stephey off and on for the past few years for double vision. This is the most well informed specialist I have EVER met. He has tons of articles he offers to share. His passion for his patients cant be compared. There are very few that specialize in this field. I was blessed. His bedside manners are impeccable. He is extremely compassionate and not in it for the money. He takes many insurances. I have Kaiser and it wouldnt cover the visits so I paid out of pocket. The diagnostic evaluation fee is reasonable. He provided me the vision therapy program and even installed

I've been wearing glasses since I was about 5 years old and I have never had such a comprehensive eye exam till now. Dr. Stephey is by far the best eye doctor I've ever been to. I'm excited about my new glass and can't wait to see the difference a real prescription makes. You'd be surprised how much your vision affects your mental state. Dr. Stephey is an eye doctor god. His staff is also absolutely wonderful.

Dr Stephey is simply wonderful. He is exceedingly knowledge about kids and visual functional processing disorders, a field that many others don't know much about. He is also exceedingly helpful in navigating special education in regards to vision therapy. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Stephey is THE BEST! You will not find anyone like him who spends the time to explain things and make sure you understand. If you are having vision issues, difficulty with reading or reading comprehension, or anxiety, I recommend contacting his office for an appointment.
