Dr. Garratt graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1983. He served in the United States Navy before establishing his practice in San Dimas in 1989. Dr. Garratt is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. He is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the California Optometric Association.
