Dr. Buchanan is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice for over a decade. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive psychological services in various settings including hospitals, schools, and outpatient mental health clinics. Dr. Buchanan completed her undergraduate education at Cornell University and her doctorate at Gallaudet University.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Gettysburg College and two Master's Degrees, one in Therapeutic Recreation and a second in Mental Health Counseling. Jay has always had a vision of wanting to provide total mental health care for the underserved and marginalized populations so that these individuals would not be held back by loss, trauma, or limitations set by others.

All information shared during your therapy session with your clinician is kept confidential within the agency. The only way information is shared with others outside of the agency is with a signed Release of Information.
