I tried to get my daughter in here during the quarantine, which has affected everyones mental health tremendously. I had to call them constantly to figure out when my daughter would be seen. It took them a month to schedule an intake appt after me calling all the time. Then no call again. I had to call them to schedule an appt with the psychiatrist before she could have an appt with the counselor.

I waited a wk for that and called and they had to assign her to someone. I had to call them again, for the counselor to contact me. After two weeks still no call so I call back. Finally the counselor

Today, I was supposed to have a phone appt at 5:30pm. It is now 6:30pm. When I called at 5:47pm to double check if I had the right day and time, they said that I did not complete all of my paperwork. She double checked the file to realize that I had done everything on my part. She said that she would reach out to the therapist and I still have not received a call. This is supposed to be a place for people to go to get help to feel better. How can they do that when the establishment shows that they do not care, in the acts of not remembering your schedules, not being aware of the status of a patients

I have questions about the integrity of this establishment. What I have heard has been less than complimentary. I will hold further comment pending further investigation.
