
SOUND Body & Mind is a yoga & wellness center located in a serene setting on Huntington Harbor. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and accessible environment for students of all levels. The upstairs level of our building offers a newly expanded 1,400 square foot yoga room and a large treatment room for massage therapy and acupuncture. We offer various class-packages and membership options, depending on how frequently you attend class or if you are new to the studio. If you regularly attend class 2+ times per week, our monthly unlimited auto-renew membership ($109/month) is your most cost-efficient option. If you attend class once per week or once in a while, then a class-pack is a better option for you.
Class Descriptions

A flow-style yoga class that moves more slowly than a regular flow. These classes move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully.
Prenatal Yoga

If you're pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, you might be considering prenatal yoga. While we don't offer a prenatal specific yoga class, we do offer several yoga classes that are prenatal friendly and safe. You might not be able to do yoga if you are at increased risk of preterm labor or have certain medical conditions, such as heart disease or back problems.
