The science of yoga has been practiced and has evolved for thousands of years. Traditionally there are eight components, referred to as limbs of yoga, that engage a person's physical, emotional, psychological, moral and spiritual development. Kundalini Yoga incorporates all eight limbs in each individual class as one moves through warm-up movements, a kriya (set of postures), pranayam (breathwork), mantra (chants), meditation and relaxation.

These classes are a dynamic blend of warm-up movements, kriya (set of postures), pranayam (breathwork), mantra, meditation and gong relaxation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation.
Therapies

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowers and balances your life in the present, helps you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future. You will begin a session by discussing your healing focus, and then you will lie fully clothed on a massage table with soft music playing in the background.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is a journey of self-discovery and self-mastery. Our program teaches you how to teach but more importantly, it teaches you how to live a happy, healthy and spiritually fulfilling life. Regardless of your intention to teach yoga, this course will give you life-long tools for your personal transformation and growth.
The Healing Program

Journey Inward is a Yoga therapy program designed to help you create optimal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. The central focus is to empower you to take an active role in your own healing journey. We will work together in one on one sessions as well as in small group classes on Zoom and/or in-person.
