515 Therapy & Consulting was founded by Crystal Hemesath, Ph. D., LMFT, LMHC. December of 2011, marks the beginning of our journey, together. Crystal's guiding premise was the concept of the win/win. She believed in creating a practice where all parties benefit, from consumers, to employees, to the community.
