Our building is surrounded by plenty of parking and we have a great outdoor space perfect for enjoying a cold beer on a summer day.
Our taproom has ample seating, games, and televisions all in a clean, warm environment. Pete has been a craft brewer for over thirty years and his experience and passion truly reflect in his beers. It has been his dream to open a brewery and provide quality craft beer to his local community of Wallingford, CT where he has resided for the past thirty years.

The Center Street Brewing Collective is our unique take on a "mug club". We did not want to simply create a club, rather we wanted to offer our loyal patrons the opportunity to be a part of an exclusive collective in which they can take pride in. We really took our time crafting this project as we continuously strive to provide the best possible craft beer experience in every facet of what we do.
