Services
Radon is an invisible and odorless, radioactive gas that has been found in homes all over the United States. It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water and gets into the air you breathe. Radon typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation.
Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can't be revealed using conventional inspection methods. It is an invaluable tool in giving a more in-depth inspection and report. Which is why thermal imaging is always included in home inspections performed by Morrison Inspection Company.

Troy is about as knowledgeable and informative as it’s possible to be. He covered every detail in our home inspection and informed us how to fix problems and maintain EVERY possible household device/system. Troy was great! They were able to do our inspection within a few days of calling to schedule. Went through everything thoroughly before we got there then went through it again with us during our walk through. Explained everything so we understood what he'd show us, sent an awesome report with pictures to go with the details. Was quick to answer our questions we had. As first home buyers he was very patient with our questions. Great customer service! When we buy our next home we'll be sure to call Morrison Inspection again.

First time home buyer. Troy was extremely professional and very friendly. He took me to every room and explained what test he preformed and what he looked for. He encouraged me to ask questions if I did not understand anything. After going through everything inside the house he then showed what all he looked for on the outside and garage. I felt very confident in the home that I am buying from his thorough inspection. I definitely recommend this company.
