Superior Home Care Services was instrumental in the final days of my husbands life. From the minute my husband came home from ICU, until the moments he passed, Superior Home Care Services was there to protect him, and our family through a very difficult journey. They were there for him and me in a beautiful, supportive and knowledgeable way. They came on day 1 and got us situated. They responded to other issues going on that needed attention and they were great caregivers, teachers and people in our lives. They helped advise on medication and symptoms, comfort care needs, and end of life

I was hoping my experience would be better than it was. Carol the owner is a wonderful person but alas it comes down to each staff member to make a company superior. I had several caregivers come half an hour late with no real excuse. I have also had days when no one showed up and then when calling the office there was not a feeling that they cared, or even I'm sorry. I was fortunate to have a wonderful daytime caregiver during the week and will miss her.
